Treveague Campsite Ltd: In order to utilise this website and/or its Services, the following user requirements must be met: a) The user must be over 17 in order to download and use the App. b) If alcoholic or age-restricted products are purchased via the website, the purchaser and any intended consumer must be over 18 and be able to provide valid ID, on request. Should the purchaser / consumer subsequently be unable to verify that they are over 18, a refund may not be provided. c). The Website requires a suitable payment card to process orders. d) Admission and service at licensed premises are subject to licensing laws. It is at the manager’s sole discretion to refuse service to any individual or to make any other decision which is aimed at promoting or adhering to the licensing objectives, including promoting any internal or pub-specific policies/procedures. All products and offers are subject to availability. Alternative products or refunds may be offered, where appropriate, at the manager’s discretion. If your order is refunded, owing to product/offer availability or as a customer service goodwill gesture, it will usually be processed in the following way – through the campsite’s till, with the funds being returned to the card within 3 to 4 days. We apologise, but it is not possible to amend or cancel orders, once placed.

We currently do not offer home delivery service - Delivery will be to your table specified on your order at our venue or by collection.


If your order is refunded, owing to product/offer availability or as a customer service goodwill gesture, it will usually be processed in the following way – through the pub’s till, with the funds being returned to the card within 48 hours. We apologise, but it is not possible to amend or cancel orders, once placed.

If placing an ASAP order it will join the queue already in the kitchen and we will phone you when it is ready for collection.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: All our food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten and other known allergens are present. If you have a severe allergy please always speak to a staff member before ordering, as we may not be able to meet your requirements. Please note we are cautious to prevent cross-contamination, however, any product may contain traces of an allergen as our entire menu is produced in the same kitchen. Our dish descriptions do not include all of the ingredients used to make the dish. Therefore, if you have a food allergy please speak to a staff member before placing an order. Full allergen information is available based on information from our suppliers.

Food from our takeaway that is picked up should be consumed immediately. Take-out foods purchased in advance for eating later should be maintained at proper temperatures until eaten. We are not able to guarantee the food safety, temperature, or quality once it leaves our takeaway and you are responsible for picking up food promptly to keep our food fresh and safe.
